Dr. Anaël Jambers is a professional mediator and the Director of Trijalog (www.trijalog.ch), an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and institutions in conflict resolution and facilitating processes of transformation and change. She is also a certified instructor and an experienced trainer.

She brings distinctive expertise in addressing the religious and spiritual dimensions of conflict and has developed practical tools for navigating ethical and religious questions in professional settings. Over the years, she has led numerous dialogue, mediation, and conflict-transformation processes involving diverse stakeholders across Southeast Asia, the Sahel, and North Africa.

Her professional career spans more than fifteen years in the fields of peace policy, peacebuilding, and international development. During this time, she has worked with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), as well as with a range of non-governmental and international organizations.

In 2026, she obtained her PhD in Social Anthropology. Her doctoral research focused on the ways in which ethics and politics are negotiated within the public sphere.

Dr. Jambers is fluent in German, English, and French, enabling her to work effectively in multilingual and multicultural environments and to facilitate dialogue among participants from diverse professional, cultural, and institutional backgrounds.
