Dr. Mohamad Alzoubi serves as the Head of Human Resources and Finance at Pulse for Humane Solutions (PoSH), where he oversees human resources management, financial administration, institutional compliance, and administrative operations, contributing to the organization's effectiveness, accountability, and sustainable development.

He holds a Ph.D. in Human Rights (Comparative Study) and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Damascus, specializing in Economic Law. He also earned a Master’s degree in Islam and Society from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), with academic research focusing on religion, society, multiculturalism, and social cohesion in the European context.

Dr. Alzoubi combines strong academic expertise with practical experience in legal, financial, and institutional management. His areas of interest include governance, human rights, organizational development, intercultural and interfaith dialogue, financial administration, and strengthening civil society organizations.

He is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and actively contributes to international academic and professional initiatives that promote ethical leadership, institutional excellence, and sustainable social impact.
